According to AgroPortal, the Ukrainian company Organic Milk doubled its export volumes in 2025 compared to 2024 and currently supplies products to nine countries. This was announced by CEO Olena Stretovich during the online conference “Vision for Exporting Organic Products from Ukraine in 2026.”
She noted that last year the company not only expanded its export geography but also scaled up cooperation with existing partners. In 2026, Organic Milk plans to double export volumes again compared to 2025 levels.
Stretovych emphasized that exports became the key factor supporting the business amid declining domestic demand. She described 2025 as the most challenging year due to reduced sales in Ukraine and difficult retail cooperation conditions.
In 2026, Organic Milk plans to begin cooperation with a major European distributor working with leading EU retail chains. A contract has already been signed for the supply of A2 milk — a product free from a specific gene variant, positioned as easier to digest and primarily targeted at international markets, particularly consumers in Asia.
The company expects that the launch of this contract will significantly increase export volumes and secure its presence in major European retail networks.
