Equipment for milk, butter and milk powder

The equipment is sold together with the property complex.

The milk reception unit handles 200 t of raw milk a day, with four reception lines and two high-pressure tanker washing lines.

The milk storage and processing unit has tanks with a total capacity of 395 cubic metres, two pasteurisation and cooling units of 25 t/h each, separators of 25 and 20 t/h and a 6 t/h cream pasteuriser.

The butter unit has two churns — a ZKU-2500 (2.5 t/h) and a KM-1500 (1.5 t/h) — an automatic line packing butter into 20 kg boxes and packing machines for 100 g, 180 g and 400 g packs.

Milk powder production uses two Wiegand vacuum evaporators of 8 t/h each, three dryers of 1 t/h each and two lines packing into 25 kg bags.

Warehouses hold 600 t of milk powder, and cold stores hold 300 t of butter.

Land and utilities

The complex stands on five land plots totalling 8.7069 ha, leased until 2035 with an extension option, at a rent of 5% of their normative monetary valuation.

Electrical capacity is 1,600 kW, backed by a 500 kW generator. Water comes from the plant’s own artesian wells (42 cubic metres per hour, with a limit of 300 cubic metres a day), and on-site treatment facilities handle 1,100 cubic metres a day.

The boiler house has gas and solid-fuel boilers. The gas supply is currently disconnected, but the gas network remains in place.

Terms of sale

The sale covers the plant’s real estate together with its production equipment. The stated reason is a change in the company’s line of business.

The InVenture listing gives the price as «on request»; according to Dilo.ua, the complex is valued at USD 1.7 million.

Beyond dairy processing, the seller suggests the site could be adapted for other food production, agri-processing or use as a production and warehouse base.
