In early June, an expert commission carried out an on-site assessment of the livestock complexes of Agroholding 2012, part of Epicentr Agro, the company reports.
The experts examined the herd’s genetic potential, animal productivity indicators, the standard of selection and breeding work, and how production processes are organised on the farms. Following the inspection, the enterprises confirmed that they meet the requirements for breeding-farm status.
The commission’s findings attest to a high standard of breeding work, good herd quality and the effective adoption of modern approaches to dairy cattle farming. The breeding status opens up further opportunities to develop the farms, strengthen the herd’s genetic potential and improve the competitiveness of Ukrainian dairy cattle farming.
