Mlekovita Group — the largest dairy group in Central and Eastern Europe — has summed up its 2025 performance, the company reports. At the meeting of members’ representatives of the Mlekovita dairy cooperative, chairman Dariusz Sapiński presented record 2025 results; delegates also elected a new supervisory board and approved the chairman’s work.
Record investment and milk intake
Long-term management strategy delivered record sales revenue of PLN 10.5 billion in 2025, up 3.8% year on year, achieved even as selling prices fell sharply, Sapiński said. Capital investment reached PLN 165 million for the year — part of the company’s second-ever run of record investment (2024–2025, alongside 2016–2017), which has topped PLN 1.7 billion over the past 15 years. The foundation was a record milk intake of 2.46 billion litres (up about 5.4% year on year), secured by a stable group of 15,000 Polish farmers.
New factory, automated warehouse and sustainable solutions
A key 2025 milestone was completing the Dairy Products Factory (Mlekovita 4), paired with the industry’s most advanced high-density automated warehouse for 10,000 pallet spaces, handling up to 150 pallets an hour. Upgrades also reached the Baranowo plant, where a new cheese-packing line eliminated paper wrappers and aluminium. The group now provides stable employment to over 5,300 people.
68 new products in a year
The product portfolio grew by 68 new items across seven categories in 2025 alone. Mlekovita extended Poland’s first A2A2 milk range with sliced cheese and semi-fat curd, and added 11 high-protein, no-added-sugar or lactose-free products to its functional Super Body Active (SBA) brand, alongside new cheeses and dairy delicatessen lines. Early 2026 saw new flavours of Wypasiony flavoured milk, selenium-enriched milk and Super Moc with 11 vitamins and minerals.
«We strengthened our market position, scaled up and launched a series of new products, and our revenue is not falling», Sapiński said, adding that this allows «some optimism» about a still-difficult 2026. The 2025 results and 2026 direction were approved by the cooperative’s general meeting of representatives on 28 April.
