Ukrainian dairy producer Molokija is hiring in seven cities, from Uzhhorod to Kyiv, with the largest intake in Ternopil — 15 roles ranging from drivers and storekeepers to a new-product technologist, Molokija reports.
The company’s vacancy list offers a rare look under the bonnet of a Ukrainian dairy processor: the job titles show exactly where reinforcement is needed right now — logistics, sales, the production site and even construction work.
Ternopil: the biggest intake
The production site on Lozovetska Street, 28 accounts for 15 vacancies — more than half of all openings. One cluster covers food production and its servicing: a food-quality controller, a new-product technologist, a washing-machine operator, a wheeled-vehicle repair mechanic, a storekeeper, a forwarding agent, a category C/CE driver, a security guard, a recruitment manager and a grounds-maintenance worker.
The second cluster is the telling one: a steel and reinforced-concrete structures fitter, a bricklayer, a tiler, a general labourer and a truck-crane operator. That mix of trades typically points to expansion or re-equipment work at production facilities.
Kyiv: logistics and sales
In the capital, at Stolychne Highway 100 in the Holosiivskyi district, the company is looking for six specialists: a storekeeper, a forwarding agent, a merchandiser, a driver, a sales manager and an accountant — a textbook distribution chain covering warehouse, delivery, shelf, sales and bookkeeping.
Western Ukraine: delivery and regional sales
Elsewhere the hiring is targeted but revealing about the company’s logistics network: a head of the sales department in Rivne (Stelmakha Street, 32v); forwarding agents in Lutsk (Pidhaietska Street, 13a) and Uzhhorod (Karpatskoi Ukrainy Street, 101); and product-delivery drivers in Ivano-Frankivsk (Torhova Street, 3) and Chernivtsi (Zhasmina Street, 3A).
