The selection of Ukrainian companies for participation in BIOFACH 2026 — the largest international exhibition of organic food products, which will take place on February 10–13, 2026, in Nuremberg (Germany), has begun.

Participation in the National Pavilion of Ukraine is an opportunity to present products to an international audience, hold meetings with buyers, find partners and establish export connections. The organizers provide partial cost coverage, an equipped workspace, information support and assistance during B2B meetings.

Ukrainian producers who have been operating for at least two years, have a valid EU / NOP / COR organic certificate, and are ready for export are invited to participate. Preference will be given to small and medium-sized enterprises, producers of high value-added products — in particular berries, nuts and dairy products. Organic production in Ukraine currently occupies only 2% of agricultural land, and the share of organic milk is less than 1%, but the market is steadily growing. According to “Organic Standard,” in 2024 more than 3 million kg of organic dairy products were produced, worth about 10 million euros. The sales leaders were milk (1400 t), kefir (520 t) and cottage cheese (275 t).

The leading producer in the sector is the company “Organic Milk,” which provides about 80% of Ukrainian organic dairy products and was the first to establish exports to the EU, the USA, Canada, Moldova, and the countries of the Persian Gulf. More details: organic-milk.com.ua
