Danone has taken 23rd place in the TOP-100 employers of Ukraine ranking, while its HR director Iryna Sitnikova entered the country’s TOP-50 HR directors at 18th place, Delo.ua reports.

Compiled by the “TOP-100. Rankings of the largest” project together with Delo.ua, the ranking placed Danone 23rd among Ukraine’s TOP-100 employers, with company HR director Iryna Sitnikova taking 18th in the separate TOP-50 HR directors list.

The company said the recognition is especially valuable because the ranking brought together almost 200 companies and assessed not only business results but also approaches to developing people, corporate culture and employee wellbeing. Danone thanked everyone who makes the company a strong place to work.
