Forbes Ukraine has published its fourth annual list of 250 promising small and medium-sized Ukrainian companies, which includes two dairies — Vilnianskyi (Zaporizhzhia region) and Ratnivskyi (Volyn region).
Almost half of the list is manufacturing, including food and light industry — from heaters and composite materials to furniture factories and cosmetics brands. Notably, 14 companies produce not a finished product but equipment or food ingredients for other manufacturers.
Vilnianskyi Dairy — in the micro-business list
The micro-business list includes Vilnianskyi Dairy Production Enterprise LLC (Zaporizhzhia region), whose portfolio spans more than 50 items of butter, milk, cheeses, fermented-milk products and desserts under the brands Vilnianka and Vilnianochka, Jerome and Jerome Cheese, and Tviy Den!. Its founders are Oksana Dotsenko and Tetiana Dzhuman, with 2025 revenue of UAH 399 million (per YouControl).
Ratnivskyi Dairy — in the small-business list
The small-business list includes Ratnivskyi Dairy LLC (Volyn region), a producer of butter and fat-and-oil products under the trademarks Shchedryi Vechir, Ratnivske and Volynske. Its founder is Myroslava Biskup, with 2025 revenue of UAH 195 million (per YouControl).
About the ranking
This is the fourth time Forbes Ukraine has selected the country’s most promising micro, small and medium-sized companies. The combined 2025 revenue of the 250 companies exceeds UAH 63 billion — UAH 36 billion more than in 2025 — with small businesses the largest group (119). The revenue range is wide: the logistics platform Wantager has the highest (UAH 956 million) and the wine producer Fathers Wine the lowest (UAH 10 million).
