The work behind food security
Behind every bottle of milk, pack of butter or piece of cheese on the shelf is the work of thousands of people: farmers and livestock specialists, technologists and lab staff, line operators, engineers, milk tanker drivers, logistics teams, managers and company leaders.
It is their work that turns raw materials into products trusted by families across the country.
Resilience in wartime
For several years now, the food industry has been operating in wartime. Shelling, power outages, disrupted logistics and staff shortages have become everyday reality. Yet companies keep working, modernising, entering new markets and supporting their employees and communities.
