The 17th All-Ukrainian Conference ‘Dairy Business-2025’ hosted the first UAdairy-2025 Awards ceremony, a new industry award that recognises Ukrainian dairy companies for their contribution to the development of Ukraine’s dairy sector during the war.
The initiative was launched by the online platform ‘UAdairy — Knowledge Centre for Milk and Dairy Products’. The award winners include leading agricultural holdings, national brands, international companies, processors, and institutional partners in the industry. Special recognition was given to companies for their investments in production during the war, work in frontline territories, environmental standards, export achievements, and the development of cheese culture.
The first UAdiry-2025 Awards ceremony covered key segments of the dairy industry — from raw milk production to processing, export, innovation, and analytical market support. This year’s award winners were:

The UAdairy-2025 Awards recognise successful strategic decisions, business sustainability, consumer responsibility and the ability to work for the future even during a period of martial law.
Each of the nominations reflects the key areas on which the future of the dairy industry depends: production stability, investment during wartime, exports, innovation, environmental approaches, work in frontline territories, and the development of a culture of dairy consumption. The main criteria for selecting the winners were their impact on the industry, ability to adapt to crisis conditions, investment in development, ensuring product quality and safety, and activities focused on European and global markets. In leading dairy-producing countries, such awards, including the Global Dairy Innovation Awards, World Dairy Innovation Awards, and International Cheese Awards, have long been a tool for setting standards, sharing best practices, and increasing confidence in the industry. This is precisely the concept behind the UAdairy-2025
Awards. The award is not a competition between brands, but rather recognises real practices that have a long-term impact on the industry.
«As we can see, the list of award winners demonstrates that the modern dairy industry in Ukraine is a combination of stable production, investment during wartime, innovation, exports, and institutional support. It is these elements that shape the competitive future of the industry and confidence in Ukrainian dairy products in both domestic and international markets», – notes Dmytro Strikhovskyi, Project Manager of “UAdairy – Knowledge Center for Milk and Dairy Products.”
